INDEX 02 | Driftwood Horizon | Edition of 10

Warm timber, restless sea, and the line where they meet.

The Study

A stretch of the Dahab coastline, seen past weathered driftwood to the moving water beyond. The wood holds the warmth of the day. The sea keeps its own rhythm.

The piece sits between photograph and drawing. You still recognise the place, and it reads like a memory of it.

The Process

Original photograph by Kali Safwat, taken on the coast of Dahab, South Sinai. Transformed into a sketch study with Google Gemini (AI), then selected, edited and prepared for print by the artist.
